Bad posture is very common nowadays especially because many people sit a desk or in front of a computer for the majority of the day.
This forces the head to be in a forward position and rounding of the shoulders. If this position is kept for a long period of time, an imbalance between the muscles in the front and the back of the body is created leading to bad posture.
In this video I show you beginner and advanced exercises you can start doing today to improve your posture.
