If you've been diagnosed with a spondylolisthesis, you basically have a slippage of a vertebra. The instability of the vertebra can make it "slide" forward or backwards. For this video we will discuss the most common form of these, which is an anterolisthesis (forward slippage).
This video shows you exercises for a Grade 1 or 2 spondylolisthesis. A Grade 3 or 4 is more serious because it can involve nerve damage and should be taken care of by your medical provider.
